Who is behind Flint Media

I'm Inna Leitner, founder of Flint Media.

I've spent over a decade in performance marketing, working with accounts ranging from $20k to $1 million per month in ad spend. I've audited enterprise accounts spending $600k+/month, identifying opportunities that in-house teams and other agencies consistently miss.

What I've learned:

The difference between stuck brands and scaling brands isn't budget. It's strategy.

Most "Google Ads management" is tactical execution - someone adjusting bids, pausing underperforming ads, checking boxes. That's important, but it's not what drives growth.

What drives growth is strategic thinking:

  • Knowing why campaigns are structured a certain way

  • Understanding seasonality and customer behavior in your specific category

  • Identifying the 20% of opportunities that drive 80% of results

  • Making decisions based on data, not generic best practices

After years of working with home, furniture, and outdoor living brands, I saw a pattern: most were working with agencies that treated them like everyone else. Same playbook. Same junior account manager. Same plateau.
